Instead of your crew spending days hauling and dumping, our team loads the unwanted items, hauls them away, and leaves the space empty and broom-swept so it’s ready for storage, renovation, or a new tenant.

We can remove most non-hazardous items typically found in warehouses, such as pallet racking, shelving, pallets, inventory, packaging, damaged product, office furniture, and general debris. We can also clear out mezzanine areas, back rooms, and loading dock clutter. If you have chemicals, liquids, or regulated materials, let us know in advance so we can explain what we can and cannot take safely.

Yes. We regularly take down and remove pallet racking, shelving, and storage systems. During your estimate, we’ll look at the size and configuration of the racking, access to the space, and any building requirements so we can plan safe disassembly and removal without damaging walls, sprinklers, or building systems.

We bring standard moving and lifting equipment and can discuss additional tools based on your space and the items being removed. If you have a forklift or other equipment on-site that you’d like us to use, we’ll review what’s allowed under your policies and our insurance. Our goal is to move items safely and efficiently without putting your building or people at risk.

Pricing is based on the volume and type of material being removed, the labor required (including disassembly), the weight of the load, and how complex the access is (high racks, long walks, docks, multiple bays, etc.). Heavy or dense materials cost more to dispose of than light packaging or scrap. We’ll walk the space, explain what we see, and provide a clear estimate before we begin so you know what the cleanout will cost and what’s included.

Yes. Many warehouse cleanouts have tight schedules tied to lease endings, closings, or new tenant move-ins. We’ll ask about your deadlines, review the size of the job, and give you an honest assessment of what we can accomplish within that window. When possible, we can schedule work during slower hours or planned shutdowns to reduce disruption to your operations or neighboring businesses.

Yes. We can provide written estimates, invoices, and basic descriptions of the work completed. If your landlord or corporate office needs before-and-after photos or specific wording about the condition of the space, let us know and we’ll do our best to provide what they need for their records or inspections.

Whenever possible, we try to keep usable materials out of the landfill. Some racking, fixtures, and pallets may be repurposed or recycled where facilities are available. Certain inventory may be suitable for donation if it’s safe and acceptable to local organizations. Damaged, expired, or unsalvageable items are disposed of properly according to local regulations. If you have your own resale or donation plan, we can work around it as we clear the space.

Our goal is to leave the space empty and broom-swept, with removed items hauled away and work areas picked up. That typically meets basic “broom clean” requirements so landlords, contractors, or new tenants can move forward. If your agreement calls for additional repairs or specific restoration work, we can discuss what we can safely handle and what may require a separate contractor.
