Absolutely. We often work on homes and rental units that need both cleanout and repair or renovation
before they hit the market. That might mean removing old contents, making cosmetic updates, repairing
wear and tear, and addressing issues that would show up on an inspection. The goal is to help the
property show better and feel move-in ready.

It’s helpful to meet at the beginning to review the scope in person. After that, some clients like
to stop by regularly and others prefer updates by phone, text, or photos—especially if they’re out of
town. As long as we’ve agreed on the plan and have a reliable way to reach you, you don’t have to be
on site every day for the project to move forward.
