What types of contractors do you work with?
We work with cleanout support, hauling, handyman services, light demolition, property repairs & maintenance, and specialty trades. If your work requires a license, you’ll provide your license number and documentation during registration.
How do I get added to your contractor list?
Complete the contractor registration form on this page. Once we have your business info on file, we’ll reach out when a job matches your trade, location, and availability.
What if my trade requires a license?
Select “Yes” for license-required in the form. The license fields and upload section will appear so you can enter your license number and attach documentation.
Do you require insurance or a W-9?
Some projects require insurance and/or a W-9. If you have documentation ready, it helps us move faster when a job comes up. If needed, we’ll request it during onboarding or before scheduling.
How does scheduling and communication work?
When a job is a fit, we’ll contact you with the scope, location, timeline, and site notes. If you accept, we’ll confirm the schedule and keep communication simple and direct through completion.
How do payments work?
Payment terms vary by project. When we reach out, we’ll confirm the pay structure (flat rate or hourly), what’s included, and when payment is issued.
